Our short term design packages are flexible and can include everything from furniture and decor, to kitchen utensils, bathroom accessories and more!

Each consultation typically lasts 1-1.5 hours, and includes every relevant part of the property. During the consultation, we will advise on which furniture pieces should go or stay, how to present each room, and what can be done to increase the appeal of the property including fresh paint, new carpet, updated fixtures or other maintenance. After the consultation, our designer will follow up by providing a checklist of recommended tasks.

For homes that may need more than a consultation, we are prepared to work directly with contractors and vendors to specify new lighting, paint, and other finishes. You can have a stress free renovation while Meadowlark Interiors oversees the project with your goals in mind. This package is only available for vacant homes.
