At Meadowlark Interiors, we work with homeowners and builders alike to provide a variety of comprehensive design solutions including floor planning, elevations, interior and exterior paint, flooring, finishes, cabinetry, fixtures, furniture and more!
How long does an interior design project normally take to complete?
While the timeline for each project can vary drastically based on complexity and scale, the average project is completed roughly 3 to 9 months after a deposit is received.

Every project starts with an initial design meeting where we work to understand our client's goals and styles. Once we have a good understanding of the desired direction, we will put together mood boards and examples of what the design will look like. Consistent communication and check-ins ensure that our clients are kept in the loop, and are happy with the direction of the project. We pride ourselves in knowing our clients are thoroughly satisfied with the end result, and work hard to craft a design that fits the vision and the budget!

Definitely! No project or space is too small to be professionally designed. Some of our best work has been on small, minimalist living situations where well planned designs really matter!
My project is huge, is Meadowlark Interiors right for me?
Of course! We can design an entire home or an entire subdivision, and will devote the appropriate resources to any large scale project.

Can I purchase your furniture from a staging?
Absolutely! Everything is for sale and can be kept on site at your request. Inquire with your designer, or drop us a line on the Contact page and we can price pieces out for you. We also offer interior design services to help you get settled into your new home!
What areas does Meadowlark Interiors operate in?
We proudly serve the Southern Oregon and the Portland Metro areas. If you are in a remote location, we would be happy to talk through your options.
How much will staging cost me?
Our home stagings are a custom service that is designed around each home's unique style and features, so there is no simple answer. Our vacant home staging packages start at $2000, with monthly rentals billed after the first 30 days. Some of the variables that will effect cost include:
Why should I stage my home?
Our custom home stagings are specially designed to appeal to the largest market possible, while taking into account your home's unique style, and showcasing its assets. Having Meadowlark Interiors professionally stage your home gives potential buyers the best impression possible, not only in person, but online as well.
How long does the staging process take?
Installation time can vary based on the size of a home, its location and ease of access, but for the most part we require a full day to install (8:00 am to 8:00 pm).
Is Meadowlark Interiors licensed and insured?
Yes! We are licensed and insured in the state of Oregon.
What needs to be done before installation day?
All construction, painting, repair, or remodeling work needs to be completed before the scheduled staging installation day. The home must be cleaned thoroughly, including all surfaces and carpeting, and any unnecessary items need to be removed. It is highly recommended to have all vacant properties professionally cleaned before the scheduled staging date. In the interest of saving time, please do not schedule your photographer before you have scheduled your staging professional. This will make your vendors very happy!
Do you own your own furniture?
The majority of our furniture is owned by Meadowlark Interiors. These pieces are constantly curated for style, maintained, and stored in our warehouse and storage facilities. Our staging service is customized to each home, so occasionally we will rent pieces from our list of trusted vendors.
